so far things are good. had some whistling problems at first but switched to the closed domes and that solved the issue.i am concerned about changing the tubing when necessary but will call for help when i need to
I just changed out my old sound tubes for the new ones and It makes a big difference in how clear the sound is from my hearing aids.
I've found the Sona ear tubes to work very well. Only problem I've had is after some time, they stretch a bit and do not stay tightly connected to the aid. The replacement tubes seem to fit tighter than the originals. Overall, very pleased with Sona aids.

I received a replacement Elite hearing aid without any problems under their extended warrantee I had purchased. The hearing aid had been temporarily lost, and then crushed by somebody else stepping on it, and then the pieces were found. Once I sent them what was left of the pieces, Otofonix replaced the unit without any hassle! THANK YOU!
This is my second set of elite hearing aids, and the quality of the sound is significantly better. I made a great choice when I chose our Otofonix to and I will replace my new ones if ever needed.
My wife also has the elite, but she has the larger older model and it is still worked very well for her.

- Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of United States, aged 18 and over.
- Entry requirements: Fill the above form and submit it to participate the giveaway. Only one entry per person will be accepted, any multiple entries will not be accepted.
- Duration: Each giveaway lasts for 15 days.
- Prize: The winner of the giveaway will recieve Sona hearing aid for FREE. The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made.
